There
is an urgent and critical need in the educational system to be transformed
towards a more adaptable and efficient learning and educational structure.
Further, there is a call for change that will bring the country at par with
other countries. The competition for survival nowadays is at risk as regards to
this matter of alteration. Yes, the response and counteractive action is
already at hand. This is the implementation of the Enhanced K+12 Basic
Education Program.
Based
on the result of the study, the researcher is convinced and amenable that the
implementation of the Enhanced K+12 Basic Education Program is necessary in
today’s world of survival. Accordingly, the researcher can say that this curriculum
is really suited and aligned to the individuals’ career in the future. It also
conforms to the philosophy of Alfred North Whitehead in utilizing, supporting
and upholding the details of the goals and objectives of the educational
system. Indeed, Enhanced K+12 Basic Education Program is essential foundation
in developing and cultivating competencies and skills needed for life-long
learning.
There may be a lot of factors to consider for the Enhanced K+12 Basic Education
Program to fail or to succeed. But as long as we open our minds to change and
we will take it on a positive way, we will definitely attain our most-aspired
educational standards which will play a great role in our country’s development
and will eventually, uplift us from poverty.
The
study shows that the Enhanced K+12 Basic Education Program is as essential
foundation in giving basic learning needs as applied to daily productive life.
With
this given data result, the researcher would like to recommend to the
government agency involved in the implementation of the desired program, the
Department of Education, to remain authentic and zealous to their commitment to
the service in implementing the program and utilizing the public funds for the
attainment of most-aspired educational standards by giving attention to the
needs of the system of classrooms, school supplies, conducive facilities,
competent teachers, additional educational funds and available job vacancies
for the graduates of Enhanced K+12 Basic Education Program.
To
teachers, who have the direct contact and implementor of the program, to aspire
for the competence to impart their knowledge and significant learning to the
pupils and students in facing the world of work.
To
the parents that they shall remain persevering in pursuing their child’s
education; to the pupils and students to be at their best in their studies
despite some difficulties being encountered.
Consequently,
the researcher would like to recommend to the future researchers to
conduct further study for some factors that can affect the implementation of
the Enhanced K+12 Basic Education Program including its success and failures.
Furthermore, there is a need to have rigid and objective evaluation on the
essential competencies and skills needed for life-long learning and employment
to the graduates of Enhanced K+12 Basic Education Program.
