What is peace?

Peace is an overused word or seemed to be abused. Thinking of peace is somehow like a dream. It may associate to different kind of state, state of mind, of environ, of situation. Eventually, many people are searching and seeking for it. Can this kind of predicament we are inclined to find such paradigm now will somehow answer this subject matter all about? Is this attainable? Or we should say, is there really peace in the world?

Personally, i f I will ask to formulate the paradigm of peace, I would say that peace is a state of placid environment wherein equality and authentic freedom are manifested among people living in a clemency and having explicit disposition in life.

Placid environ

I am not saying that peace is an absence of war, for I believe it is not. However, peace may find in a placid environment wherein the community is living in respect and love in sustaining the serene, simple and quiet living.

Equality

It signifies the equal distribution and natural resources. Justice is also appropriate to associate on this matter. Giving what is due to someone and believing that everyone has equal human rights and no gap between the rich and the poor.

Authentic freedom

It refers to the capacity of the citizen to practice his or her freedom deliberately and responsibly. This is opposite to live the life held by the influences of majority. It makes a person to be his or her true self.

Clemency

This is a state that compassion and humane deportment among members of the citizen is at stake. Respect to one another is manifested.

Explicit disposition in life

As a result, people will have an explicit disposition in life. This may lead to a certain direction, certain end for the common good.
